Patient Reported Outcomes and Experience/Satisfaction Measures are often collected in tandem as together they support patient-centred care and enhance organisational performance. Cemplicity runs a number of programmes where PREMs and PROMs are housed together.

There is no minimum participation threshold.

It is recommended that you begin with your most common procedure. If Cataracts for example, then you might start with Cat PROM-5.

Cemplicity portals allow you to benchmark within your organisation (by site/surgeon/speciality etc). Our global footprint also means we can provide deidentified benchmarking against similar providers in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and on the Global stage.

PHIN portals are being updated to include this facility and this will be due by the end of 2023.

NHS providers are contractually required to collect and submit PROMs data to NHS Digital for all NHS funded Hip and Knee Replacement procedures. There are a number of Accredited NHS PROMs suppliers, of which Cemplicity is one.

The PROMs required by PHIN are validated for adults only.
